This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on multiservesol.com, what each one is for, and how you can change your choice. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way. We describe both here, because the law treats them the same way.
The short version
- We don't use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking.
- We always store two small settings the site needs: your theme and your cookie choice.
- Our live chat loads only if you choose Accept.
Strictly necessary
These are always on. They contain no personal information and never leave your browser.

Live chat (only if you accept)
Our live chat runs on MultiDesk, MultiServe's own help desk software, and loads from multideskapi.multiserve.pk. It lets you message our team, and it lets our team see that someone is on the site so they can offer help. If you accept, the chat:
- sends the address and title of the page you are viewing, plus the page that referred you, to our chat server about every 30 seconds while the page is open;
- reads a campaign cookie named
md_attr, if one is present, which records ad-campaign tags such asutm_sourceorgclid. This site does not set that cookie itself.
The chat also keeps the following in your browser:

If you choose Essential only, the chat does not load and none of the above is stored. You can still reach us by email, by phone, or through our contact page.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting server records standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It uses these to keep the site secure and working. This happens without cookies. Our Privacy Policy describes it in more detail.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time. Use Cookie settings in the site footer, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. If you withdraw consent, we remove the chat's stored items and reload the page.
Changes to this policy
If we start using other cookies or storage, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
