Security at MultiServe
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Your data and your uptime are non-negotiable. Security is built into how we design, build and operate the MultiServe platform — not bolted on afterwards. This page summarises the practices we follow to keep your business information safe.
Encryption in transit
Every connection to our website and services is served over encrypted HTTPS (TLS), and we enforce it with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) so browsers never fall back to an insecure connection. Traffic between you and MultiServe cannot be read in transit.
Secure-by-default web hardening
Our site is delivered with a strict set of security headers — including a Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options and a locked-down permissions policy — to defend against common web attacks such as cross-site scripting and clickjacking.
Access control
Access to systems and data is limited to those who need it, on a least-privilege basis. Administrative access is protected and reviewed, and we follow the principle that no one should have more access than their role requires.
Reliability & backups
We build, test and operate the platform for dependability, with monitoring and regular backups so your data can be recovered. Keeping the platform available is a core commitment — because software you can't rely on isn't really yours.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our website or services, please email info@multiservesol.com with the details so we can investigate and address it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before any public disclosure, and avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours while testing.
Your part
Security is a shared responsibility. Use a strong, unique password, keep your devices and browsers up to date, and be alert to phishing. MultiServe will never ask for your password by email.
